The staff is constantly closing early or not opening the office. Half the time the pool which is also how you access the gym is not accessible because they forgot to open it for the day. They are always changing their hours for the office. If a package gets delivered to the office they might not tell you about it for a week. The apartment itself is OK, the cabinets are smelly and sticky and the porch was never cleaned for us when we got here. We’ve had two inspections in the past week with no warning.
