Besides dealing with one great employee, Michaela, I had nothing but problems dealing with the property management part of this business, I'm still having nothing but problems. I rented 5 houses for a reunion. About a month before one of the houses sold even if I had a deposit down. Michaela found another but I made it work with the 4 that were still available because of the amount of sleeping spots there were for each house. Checking in was easy with Michaela.
