I have been attending this clinic for so many years. I cannot express enough how amazing the staff and drs are. Jayne the practice manager is Amazing she will go above and beyond to help you and make sure you get the service you need, Maryiam (Mary) and Laura the receptionist are also amazing and very friendly, Dr Ihab is a gem with children very understanding, compassionate and very caring, Dr Raheleh is amazing, she listens to your concerns and does her best to care for you. Really good experience here, Aida at reception was delightful, the appointment was on time & quick. When I needed to transfer over medical files, the manager Jayne helped explain the process to me & they were so friendly.
Sooooo ridiculous I have been waiting for 45 minutes when they called the next number for the blood test my number was 8 and they called number two after 45 minutes of waiting Like are u serious Its just a blood test u want me to wait 4 hours to get it done What a shame
Dr Ihab is a very rude man who has no sense of humanity and has an ego that is very unprofessional I don’t recommend any one seeing this doctor if must go to this clinic see another doctor. He was rude and yelled at me very impolite
The reception staff would have to be the loudest, rudest and laziest I have ever come across. Tried calling the clinic for over 2 hours and kept getting a voicemail that disconnected you. Never got through and was unable to make an appointment.
