where I live at Meadow Greene Apt's. the main owner has sent out notices that all apartments are non smoking as of July 1st. I think this is totally unfair to all residents that has already signed their lease for the year so if you are a smoker and like to smoke I would not recommend moving here!!!!!! I do understand this but not in the middle of your lease they change the rules. That is not right at all...
I have lived here for a number of years and always found the apartment complex clean and tidy. The property manager does everything she can to make the apartment experience more of a home with a community. Last weekend they had a resident appreciation day with a live band, bbq, and door prizes. The maintenance crew is fast and friendly and responds in a timely manor. New ownership is remodeling the apartments with hardwood floors, you cant beat the value. Upscale living with a small town feel.

recently attended an open house, it was very nice. Seems like a very good place to live. The apartments were very well kept. Management was very informative and helpfule. Highly recommend....
