This is the most horrible place I have ever lived in my entire life. My ceiling in my closet caved in on Saturday due to hot water heater in apartment above for the SECOND TIME in the last 2 months and I let the manager know, STILL no one has come to fix it and it’s Monday!!! This place doesn’t care about its residents or anything else but your money. They will hear your complaints and do nothing. This new manager has no idea what she’s doing and they’re ok with that. Don't fucking move here. They don't care if you have a maintenance emergency and if you Have a regular maintenance requests it takes a month or more for them to take care of it. Avoid this place like the plague! They are terrible since new management took over. I can't wait until we move out of this dump!
