RecommendedWhen I was looking to move just over 3 years ago, I didn't have the best credit. The staff worked with me and helped me look at all of my different options to get into a newer home that I could afford. The community is kept clean. The maintenance crew has been attentive and fast in resolving the few issues I had while I was renting. I have since purchased the home I have been living. My experience with the Meadow Creek staff and management has been very good. I would highly recommend this community.😀
quit trying to rip off everyone when they want to move out,get adequate maintenance so repairs get done at a reasonable time
Current renter, and I have a skunk living under my home which has sprayed numerous times. Now my house and the items in my house smell like they have been skunked as well. Management continues to tell me someone should be their to trap it tomorrow. This has been going on for two weeks and now they won't call me back. I called a company myself who said they would be there same day, so there not looking very hard. Beyond frustrated with this community. Not very happy how my son was treated ,he was going to purchase a manufactured home at Meadow Creek they asked him for a good faith deposit of 600 they told him it would be refundable up to 60 days he decided against it so he called for a refund now they say it's only up to 7 days. It does say 7 days in the paper work but he was told different when signing, just upsetting to take advantage of a wonderful young couple with a baby 600 dollar is alot to lose. I would understand if they took 100.00 for the paper work .
