At my last appointment, not only was my appointment cancelled the day of and rescheduled to a later time that same day, but when I arrived at the office at my appointment time, I waited at least 45 min before any work was done on me. I was only in for a standard cleaning. In addition, after they had a student hygienist do my cleaning, I then waited around even longer in the chair (at least 15 min) for the dentist. Exams and procedures at Meadowcreek Dental are always beyond my expectations. Dr Dipti is very knowledgeable and thorough with her examinations/evaluations, and explanations of my dental conditions and needed procedures. The entire staff is patient, and caring in a very professional manner. Everyone, from receptionist to dental assistants, is very knowledgeable and helpful. I trust and recommend Meadowcreek Dental wholeheartedly!
I did not have any significant issues regarding the treatment I received here. My biggest discomfort complaint during treatments was the constant arm/armpit in my face because of the equipment being on the opposite side of the chair from the doctor's seat. I'm sure this is not pleasant for anyone who experiences it. What made me decide in the end that this wasn't the practice for me, was the disorganization of the office staff and policies that I feel are very outdated.
