My initial experience here was honestly a nightmare. However, things took a positive turn the week I moved in when an entirely new front office staff came on board. Janette and Jessica (the manager) really stepped in and made a noticeable effort to turn my experience around. Since then, they’ve been attentive and helpful, and maintenance has been quick to respond and fix issues. I was moved to a smaller unit, but it’s comfortable and works well for me. Roach infestation! when we moved in the apartment was extremely dirty and there was unflushed feces in the toilet. gate is constantly not working, Kacey is unhelpful and rude, i used the mobile app to open the gate & since it was malfunctioning it crushed my car and left a massive dent, i tried speaking management about it and it was going well but kacey interrupted the secretary and said they werent responsible at all. neighbors were constantly leaving their trash unattended, and a stray cat they were feeding would go throu... read more
I love these apartments and the front staff Jessica and Janette super helpful and very welcoming people. I’m actually renewing my lease and plan to stay here with them. The pool and the apartment complex Is always clean thanks to the maintenance team who are also very sweet! Not to mention they have cute gatherings for certain events very fun for adults and kids
