Well now that my lease is coming to end, I can clearly say that this was the worst experience my wife and I have ever had. Their is high turnover with management and when it comes to the property itself, it definitely doesn’t live up to the expectations. You would think for it being in the middle of Alamo Ranch it would have been more appealing. I’m beyond excited to move into my new home! A huge thank you to the property manager, Jessica Jimenez, who was a tremendous help during the application process. She answered any question that I had, and took the time to walk me through multiple units to find the perfect fit for me. I look forward to becoming part of the community.
Mrs. Jessica Jimenez is an awesome manager. Her service was excellent. She was very helpful throughout the process. We are very blessed to have met her. She made us, my son and I, feel right at home. We are looking forward to being part of the Ember family!

Jeannette is the absolute best!! She made us feel welcomed and was extremely helpful throughout our appointment. She actually takes the time to listen to her customers and provides helpful responses to our questions. We've had not so great experiences in our current complex and we were absolutely amazed by her refreshing personality. This is exactly how every potential client should be treated.
