I would rate at 0 stars, but you have to select at least one. I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex. Nicole is absolutely awful. Her attitude sucks, she's extremely hateful and ignorant. Her lack of communication is terrible and she has set an awful example for the other employees. We had constant communication issues during the time we lived there. I would no recommend anyone living here. They over charge you and always add addtl charges each month to increase your rent. My base was 1325 and by the time I moved out I was paying almost $1700 and then they hit my with an outlandish final statement which in terms messed me over completely. I spoke with so many people who lived there with me who said they were in lawsuits with the complex and management due to them adding additional charged to their rent. My experience with the leasing office, particularly with Nicole, was extremely disappointing. The move-in was delayed several times, and communication was nearly nonexistent — emails went unanswered and calls were not returned. On the day I was finally supposed to move in, a walkthrough revealed several roaches in the unit. I immediately contacted Nicole with no response. From the very beginning, she made everything feel simple and stress-free.
