They run scams. Say you’re off the lease ( office manager lee kissick). The person that took over doesn’t pay. They never call. Got a letter from a collection agency about7 months after I moved sent to apt and forwarded to new address. Have called. Have left messages. Can’t get taken care of because they know they are in the wrong. Plus half of stuff in townhome was broken or not working. Sprayed twice for bugs in a year. Trashed buildings. Trashed parking lots.
