Litterally had an electrical fire in 5103 Williams fork trail, apt #212. I put it out thank god, but asbestos rained down from the attic on ally stuff, dont believe me? Then look it up. Anyways NEVER rent from these people, they are terrible and the apartments have asbestos garenteed. And stay away especially from 5103 Williams fork trail, apt.#212!!!!
We have lived in Meadow Creek for a year and a half and have had nothing but good experiences with management and maintenance staff. They are very quick to respond to any of our maintenance requests and management has addressed any issues we have had with other residents which thankfully there have been very few of those. It's close to everything you need and easy to get to the mountains!
Recently I had problems in my refrigerator and I raised a service request. I got very quick response from service team. They first tried fixing the problems in existing freezer but later they replaced it with new one. I would like to thank Dave and Lyn / Lin (I am not good with names) for such wonderful response. Thanks to Meadow Creek Service team.
