When we moved in we were under the impression that we were now living somewhere SAFE, somewhere the community looked out for one another, somewhere your apartment doesn't get BROKEN INTO. Not only did it get broken into, but our sense of safety and peace of mind was taken from us. The way the management of MeadowCreek handled the situation was appalling and beyond unprofessional. First & foremost, we hurt for and feel terrible that Joey had her apartment broken into. We read in the paper everyday about these things happening all around us, but we want to believe it will never happen to us. This incident was a reminder to us that we are not living in a bubble and that we have a duty to remind our residents to take precautions so that their homes and vehicles are less likely to be targeted. The one point that was mentioned in the review that is a little misleading is the note that there was a faulty ba... read more

IMPORTANT NOTE: This review is for a Garden Terrace II unit, just one of many floor plans available in Meadow Creek, although the Garden Terrace 1 and 2-bedroom units comprise a large percentage of all. These are also the oldest units in the complex. I have created this review at the request of Renaissance Rental management, who to their credit, seek an open, honest appraisal of this housing by all its residents.
