Meadow and Corey are AWESOME!!!
Meadow did a great job of getting us ready to put our house on the market. Once listed she was great about talking us through different scenarios. In the end we sold our house in a week! I highly recommend working with Meadow and her team.
My wife and I chose Meadow and Corey Davis of Home + Sea Realty to sell our Manzanita vacation home, based on their near-perfect record of selling listed homes. It sold within three weeks, despite having an unconventional floor plan. Meadow's narrative of the unique features of the house, with Corey's beautiful photography, resembled a high end magazine review. Her invaluable guidance from pre-listing, pricing, and to final closing was invaluable, making for a stress-free experience. Rating: 10+
Meadow is a delight to work with. She has a great team that helped me get my house ready to sell and I had an offer quickly. She is thoughtful, trustworthy and kind. Her detailed market analysis made pricing my house a breeze. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home on the coast.
Our experience with Home + Sea Realty and its Owner/Principal Broker, Meadow Davis was consistently positive. Meadow made the process of buying our home as smooth and easy, as possible. She followed through on each step of the transaction promptly and professionally. In addition to being an experienced realtor, Meadow is knowledgable about everything new residents to the Manzanita area may need to know from signing up for utilities to reliable local services to restaurant recommendations.
