After several MONTHS of going back and forth with maintenance to fix a leak under the kitchen sink, the compressed sawdust board underneath finally snapped in half from black mold rot. Beneath it was a literal skeleton of a mouse. Had to have been there years prior. Mold, loose stairs, hollow doors, tiny kitchen, filthy and overpriced laundry facilities, unanswered work orders, and a leasing office with utter contempt for its tenants. Also an electric bill that’s mysteriously $300 per month. Moved to a bigger place with a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and twice as much space and now the electric bill is down to $100 a month. I don’t care who you are, you deserve better.

Worst place to live they fix nothing,update nothing,skunks and stray cats run ramped everywhere. Bugs and black mold everywhere. Water is so chlorinated and chemically modified you can't even drink it out the tap plus you can even smell it. Washer and dryers are so old they make your clothes smell worse than when they went in. The landscaping is very poorly maintained and grass is always burnt to dirt in the late spring all the way to winter.
