Only been here a month, they let me and my roommates move into an apartment with water damage, chipped paint, a leaking shower head, and our water heater recently flooded the master bedroom, maintenance has done the bare minimum to fix it. We’ve called them multiple times, they only popped in to shut the valve off, lended us a fan that barely works, and when l left the fan going hoping it would dry the carpet, it stained it instead
Love the layout and amenities of this place! Great pool, gym, grills etc. Layout of the unit is unlike many I've seen, spacious and good storage and nice finishes. Parking can be a little tricky but most apartments are like that. One single trash compactor for the whole complex, dont love it but not hard to make work. Recently staff has had a big improvement in both security and maintenance!! Love all the staff I've interacted with, super nice and responsive with issues. I would highly recommend!
Moved here after living under a micro managing private landlord to decrease living expenses and increase my protections as a renter. Daniel the leasing agent was very kind and patient, I was able to check out my place before signing my lease. Since moving in, I’ve enjoyed using the hot tub and modest gym. It’s been very quiet, which I’m happy about as I communicated this being of the utmost importance to me.
