Overall a tolerable experience for an apartment. I'll start with the good. The location is easily accessible to the rest of Appleton. I was nervous about sound from the highway or smell from the dump, though neither of these things were issues over several years. The attached garage is very nice, especially during the winter and late night work. I had a first floor unit making move in (and out) particularly easy. Now for the bad. Best value in the area and its not even close. Read the lease and there won't be any surprises.
So far its a great place !!! Everything is taken care of promptly and done right. Melissa is super !!! Nice quiet neighborhood and convenient to other places .
