I’ve had a really good experience with this office. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend them!
Im not a client, but my son in law and my daughter are. The paid the entire fee just a couple of months after signing the contract. Two years has passed and they are asking again for paperwork that my son in law and daughter provided in March 2026 when NVC has confirmed that they recieved all the paperwork. The sad part is that they said the person that was handling the case at that time (Jesus), was fire for not.doing his do diligence. Meaning original documents were shredded and not filed.
