Megan reached out to me to inform me I had a recall on my John Deere 2025r that needed to be addressed. She set up a service time and was very efficient! Dustin came to my home to do the recall repair and what a super Tech as well as being friendly! He explained the what he was going to do, answered all of my questions and showed me the before and after parts!! I wished all manufactures had people like this to work with!! I'll always own John Deere! Thanks Meade!
We had our zero turn serviced. They called to set it up, came and picked it up and brought it back. It was sooo easy and saved me so much headache. I was very impressed and made me grateful that my husband bought our tractor from them!
I went compact tractor shopping at Meade for two reasons, it’s my local dealership and I wanted to give my business to a local company and I was drawn to John Deere’s quick connect features. I stopped in and spoke to the sales person. I asked to see how the quick connect worked and to show me one of the tractors. He did not want to answer my questions and told me I’m better off going home and watching YouTube. So I did, I went home and bought a tractor from another dealership.
