I am currently sitting in the customer lounge area. I made a 10:15 appointment for an oil change. It is now 12:30. I am still here. For an OIL CHANGE. I have never seen such a thing. They include the first oil change in the sale I guess… but my time is worth something. I drove an hour, sat 2-1/2 hours (so far), and now have to drive another hour home. I should have just paid $100 at my local 10 minute oil change outfit. Writing this review so others take note… if you value your time in any fashion, don’t bother with this. UP... read more
