My wife purchased new Lexus 350Rh in December 2024. She took it to the dealership for 15000 mile service last month. The shop somehow dropped dry pet food in HVAC during this service. They attempted to clean it and charged me for new cabin filter. They are refusing to accept the responsibility for ruining our vehicle. We get a foul smell as we enter the vehicle every day.
