RecommendedI love the atmosphere and the staff! We have been coming here since my son was 2 and he is now almost 7! We just started our newborn daughter here as well! Even after we moved to Louisville, we are still dedicated to take the drive just to keep Dr Kupper as their pediatrician. He is awesome and I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!
My son is 4 and a half. We moved to brandenburg. was recommended Dr Kupper. I am beyond happy. the staff is so nice. and my son was delayed in potty training. Dr kupper looked in his ears and saw alot of build up. The last Dr we went to said the same thing but never would cleaned them. Will this time Dr Kupper did and let me tell you.... my son has made a 180. and with in a month after having his ears cleaned he is speaking better responding better and is 100 percent potty trained. havnt used pull ups at night or anything. l... read more
Despicable practice that only cares about generating their own income and bonuses from the insurance companies! Demand informed consent before accepting the standard treatment. Beware!
This office needs to be reported for medical neglect for kicking patients they deemed inconvenient out of practice during pandemic.
When a baby dies immediately after YOU gave him/her multiple vaccines, don‘t kick the family out of your practice for not vaccinating further. Pretty simple.
Horrible customer service
..They are lacking the care in "caring for patients".
Poor communication and unprofessional
So I switched my children to Meade county pediatrics. The very FIRST visit we see Dr. Kupper and they each receive their CDC recommended vaccinations. One of my children was dead 12 hours later after an anaphylactic adverse reaction and another had a terrible reaction resulting in her coding in her sleep after losing the ability to sit, stand, speak, hand eye coordination and all other milestones she had previously hit.
