I had an appointment there yesterday,I found the staff very good.i saw the psychiatrist there,he was very professional and very caring,I think these people are changing people's lives for the better,And it's so easy to get there,the Nurse I saw was very caring too,I fell grateful for this service.
Phones never on in time must be playing Uno or something
disgusting and unprofessional. people should not waste their time with such an awful service. have been waiting since december for contact after my referral. had them not even contact me but message saying that theyve tried and theyre getting rid of my referral, i called them about it only to be spoken over and told it wasnt getting removed and then its been another four months and NO CONTACT! actual disgusting practice that is ruining peoples lives when they need help. people die under this service because they dont do thei... read more
If I could give this place 0 stars that would probably be more accurate. They basically told me to go elsewhere for help . Utterly useless, it looks like the previous negative reviews are pretty accurate. If you have anyone at risk, do not refer or even consider this place. Shiny new building, but 0 substance and totally useless.
