I came on 02/05/2026 for ear infection. Got 3 different test covid, flu, and strep with no symptoms, all negative. A different dr finally looked at my ears and my ears are so infected. She gives me narcotic pain meds and antibiotics. My ears still a problem on 02/09/2026. I call and make sure they will see me and not charge me again. They say yes come back. I get up there wait 30 minutes to be told I have to pay bill from 02/05 cause they charging me again!! Ha ha take me to court for that first one. And I am waiting to see ... read more
I visited this MEA clinic last week and was very disappointed with my experience. After waiting 45 minutes, I was asked for my insurance card. I explained to the front desk clerk that my insurance company verifies coverage virtually by phone, which many medical offices do. I offered the number to my insurance company and even attempted to hand over my phone to speak with a representative. Waited nearly 2 hours with my sick wife and watched other patients go in before us maybe they had appointments maybe not but we should’ve been told something at least that’s almost inhumane..
The waiting time was TERRIBLE. I came to MEA around 10:20 am I pain and I had to wait almost 3 hours to be called.Then, inside I waited almost 30 minutes to see the doctor. The doctor asked me some questions with no physical exam whatsoever. Then, I waited for the nurse for other 30 minutes. They didn’t care how bad my pain was. This is the great healthcare system we have. Either there a shortage of doctors or MEA doesn’t hire enough doctors to provide a high quality service.
