This genuinely has to be the worst and most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. My nurse and PA were super kind but nobody really knew what they were doing. I called over the phone to check the prices of some lab work that I needed done for nursing school and it ended up being 100s of dollars more than what I was told. I was also given the wrong blood test and was not given the proper instructions of how to take care of where I had been stuck. I went on a Monday and they said I tested negative for flu and Covid. They gave me a shot with no other medication although they said they were going to call me in a prescription for antibiotics. I went back on Wednesday feel worse, they gave me another shot, antibiotics and did x-ray. After the x-ray they sent me to a local hospital for a CAT scan, and finally determined it was pneumonia.
