Scheduled a mani/pedi for a Thursday. Arrived at the scheduled time but waited over 20 minutes for the service to start. I was told I would wait 10 minutes; if I had known it would be longer, it's likely I would have gone elsewhere or rescheduled. The pedicure was well done, but the employee doing my French manicure severely cut the cuticle of my left forefinger. I had to attend my friend’s wedding tomorrow, so I stopped by the nail salon right in front of my place!! She did such an AMAZING job that I have no worries at all for such an important day 👍 First of all, the staff here are so professional. My cuticles were a total mess because I had peeled off my gel nails with my hands, but they carefully cleaned them all up.
