I have gone here a few times and have had a great experience but unfortunately the last two times were the opposite. The nail technician was taking off my no-chip toe nail polish with a nail file which is expected but she did it with such force and no accuracy that she filed off the skin around my toe nails. It burned the entire time and they are now sore and red. Hoping to not get an infection, I immediately put on Neosporin to prevent that from happening when I got home. Scheduled a mani/pedi for a Thursday. Arrived at the scheduled time but waited over 20 minutes for the service to start. I was told I would wait 10 minutes; if I had known it would be longer, it's likely I would have gone elsewhere or rescheduled. The pedicure was well done, but the employee doing my French manicure severely cut the cuticle of my left forefinger. I had to attend my friend’s wedding tomorrow, so I stopped by the nail salon right in front of my place!! She did such an AMAZING job that I have no worries at all for such an important day 👍 First of all, the staff here are so professional. My cuticles were a total mess because I had peeled off my gel nails with my hands, but they carefully cleaned them all up.
