Recently I went along to a 'Me Time Meet Up' lunch hosted by Sue. It was such a lovely time, connecting with like-minded biz owners over a tasty lunch and a glass of bubbles. Recently I attended to Me Time Just for Me Retreat in Bonnie Doon. I knew I needed to take care of myself & have some time that was just for me. I felt like everything around me was breaking.
