Rented for two years with Vilmary as the agent/ property manager. She was AMAZING! An upstairs neighbor created a water leak, and Vilmary handled it immediately. She followed up to make sure everything was ok after as well. Always had answers for my questions, and made everything easier. Last but not least even when I had to move out, Vilmary checked everything out, approved my security deposit return, and then diligently followed up with the landlord until my deposit was returned. Having worked with several Real Estate Brokers in Miami, I can honestly say that working with Vilmary was a very positive experience. The most important expectation I have for a broker to a client is communication. I have worked with other brokers in the past that will respond late a day or two later, and sometimes do not respond at all.
