Poor screening of tenants, verbally & physically aggressive! Management is only concerned with monthly rent payments. I Have videos of tenants throwing trash in my backyard over 6ft fence, verbally attack me and attempt to physically assault me. I've spoken to mgmt. several times. Management doesn't care about public discord in a neighborhood they don't reside in. Management can send unruly tenant "a notice of lease violation" for disruptive behavior.
