I never rented from this company but they bought an apartment building behind the house I own. They never put a dumpster behind the building so people just piled up trash in the parking lot. I called into the city and into their office for months about it and it took almost a year for them to put in a dumpster. My backyard and alley has been covered in trash for the last year. Please believe the low reviews. We experienced these horrible unimaginable instances with the management company before finally leaving/breaking the lease. We had a total of 3 short term rentals there and the way the treated us was horrible. They make you get renters insurance even when you have business insurance. Bug infested , wasp infested 1930s looking apartments on the inside. Me and my daughter both got stung in this apartment and not the slightest remorse was shown. Car stolen and vandalized and broken into twice. All around unsafe and uncomfortable experience. Very rude office staff. I've never been talked to how they talked to me in my life not even by my parents. Please I beg you don't rent from here. You'll be stressed and upset and sad the whole time. It's a reason there are 100 units but only 6 are occupied.

I've been trying to contact someone since June 2023, about this property. I was finally able to apply for 757 Ridgeway Ave in September. A lady by the name of Dee contacted me about my application told me she was accepting my application. Since then I have tried to pay the deposit for 3 weeks now to hold property. Not one phone call not one message returned. They since then have changed the office number.
