I will never patronize this nail salon again. I visited the salon to have my eyebrows groomed. After a while, I decided to get my nails done due to the wait . Once I was seated, the technician got up and began working on another customer’s eyebrows. The person who was supposed to be working on my nails was not doing it correctly, so she asked the other lady to assist her. Additionally, the technician began playing with my nails. I went to get a fill on my nails like I do every 2 week. But 2 weeks later fungus started to grow on two of my nails. When I called to inform the owner of this her response was that’s not our fault. Give your nails a break. Worse experience of my life and they will never get another dime from me

The manager has a disgusting attitude! Messed up my eyebrows then spoke ill of me in her language when I said she did my eyebrows too thin for my birthday then after told me I could get out after I had paid for my service no resolution, No apology, no sympathy. Do not waste your money at all his location ladies believe me!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this establishment. Today, I visited the nail salon for a walk-in, following a colleague's recommendation. I opted for a manicure fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Although the lady, (Cindy or Sandy), did my fill to my liking, her unprofessional demeanor and lack of attentiveness were evident!!!
