Although this is my favorite indoor playground because of how big it is and the varied activities, there is room for improvement regarding cleaning. The two employees at the check in counter were busy for the first hour of the day, but then for the majority of the time we were there (4 hours) they sat and chatted. One of those employees could have been spot cleaning the bathrooms and play areas. The diaper genie looks like it has never been cleaned. It needs to be replaced immediately. It stink in here. Like….real bad. 🤢
My son had an absolute blast here and truly had a spectacular time. He was busy and engaged the entire visit, constantly moving, exploring, and learning how to balance in such a fun and age-appropriate way. It was great to see him so focused and excited while also building important skills. The environment itself is very kid-friendly and kept his attention the whole time, which is not always easy with little ones.
