I’ve used M.E. Flow for the last year and a half, mostly for routine inspections. They were reliable for that, no issues. But when my first real HVAC problem happened, they fell flat. My AC died on a Friday. They came out Saturday, gave me a vague estimate (“maybe $2,000, maybe more”), and said a parts specialist would call Monday to confirm if the part was under warranty.
