this company kept lying to us that we would be called. After waiting all night with more misleading lies, nobody ever called. Shameful deceit.
I am a former AIR PLUS customer that transitioned to M.E. Flow. They seem to have a lack of balance in skilled technicians. On a side note, they seem to really want to sell you a new HVAC if yours has some years on it, no matter how well it's performing. I once had humidifier replacement service done, and the tech that came out was A+. Later I'd have a tech come out to investigate an error that was popping up on the thermostat, when we began using it again on the first hot day of the year. Unprofessional, and a waste of time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Called on4/1/26 for regular AC maintenance and was sch3eduled for today 4/2/26 between 8a-12p. Was even asked what specific time I wanted by Joanne and stated that 9:30-10a works. Received call at 10:06a stating that they had "a few callouts and they needed to reschedule. I just hung the phone up. Would give negative 5 stars if able to.
Phil Cast was my HVAC service technician for M. E. Flow. He conducted a thorough inspection of my HVAC unit and reported back findings with recommendations, e.g. Needed a new air filter. He was polite, well mannered, and thorough. Very happy with his inspection.
This company is highly unresponsive and challenging to work with. A representative visited to quote on a mini-split but their quote was not consistent with what I needed - their responsiveness back was poor - and then they said -after a lengthy visit the first time - they needed to come back for another visit - despite my telling them exactly what i needed during the visit and then in follow up emails. Go elsewhere - they are indifferent to getting new customers - and treat them accordingly
