went in the other day for a pedicure with my friend. woke up the next morning at 1am to my toe absolutely throbbing and burning, it was infected!! it was the toe they dug into the side of and pulled tissue out of, i’ve never had ingrowns or anything so idk why they were digging, but the same toe got infected throbbing pain for 3 days. thought my toe nail was gonna fall of cause it happened to my grandma.

I am confused about pricing. I got the Refresh Service that’s Manicure and Pedicure with Gel and paid $89. The 10min massage was okay. I have gotten 10 minute massages from other nail salons that really did help me relax & unwind. I don’t care if employees talk in their languages among themselves as long the service is good & it was okay, a little disappointed with the massage, & I wish the color was darker, they didn’t have much of red shade range. I made an appointment for a gel pedicure with Aalyna and it was AMAZING! I checked in at the front and was immensely taken care of by Aalyna. She got me immediately to the chair and went to work right away. The pedicure felt great and I loved the orange peel and scrub. The vibes of the establishment were relaxing and the music choice was energizing. The whole store was super clean and the rest of the staff were friendly. Overall, I would definitely go back for other services and see Alayna.

It’s happened twice with me and once with my daughter where we got a nail infection. At my last and final visit to this salon a new gal jammed her sharp nail cutter into my toe. When I told her that it hurt, twice, she just said “oh sorry” and kept proceeding to cut the side of my big toe with the sharp point aimed at my inner cuticle. I don’t care how “nice” they looked after. It was so painful I may never get a pedicure again from anywhere.
