Stay away from this company. Always get a second opinion on their diagnosis and pricing. I had a blocked kitchen sink and explained it clearly to the owner, Nasir. He said an eel machine would fix it, then sent Navid, who gave up in 30 minutes and claimed the underground pipe was broken — quoting me $3,300 to break the tiles and replace it. Thankfully, I called another company who fixed it with just the eel, no mess, no major cost. Navid left without finishing the job and still charged me $150.
