Dr Freeland has been my physician for many years. She and her staff have shown great understanding and are always available (who can say that these days) to help and follow through in a professional yet friendly manner on serious acute issues as well as preventative care. Dr Mercado and his staff are awesome, Lynda his nurse is the best. Have been going to this facility for 8 years and love it and they make you feel like family.
I have never written review like this but was compelled to. Horrible office. Husband had to change PCP because of an insurance change and found dr. Timson. First visit felt like doctor did good work up but when husband very shortly after initial visit needed clearance for surgery was told Dr.Timson had no appointments. He was in such pain and didn’t want to put off surgery waiting for dr. Timson he changed doctors. I was assured I could cancel my membership at any time when I joined. I chose to pay quarterly and the rep said to try it out and if it's not for me, I can cancel. I tried it out and decided it wasn't for me and called to cancel. The rep now said even if I cancel, I am responsible for the entire year's worth of payments and they would be sending me automatically to collection if I cancel. WHAT A SCAM. Save your money and avoid MDVIP.
I would not recommend Dr Kaplan. He’s only interested in talking about himself . His staff is horrible .
Dr. Lashkari has been our physician for several years and he is by far the finest internal medicine doctor we have ever had. He's an incredible diagnostician, kind, empathetic, and a great listener. The specialists he has referred us to have all been outstanding as well and are a reflection of the expectation for his patients to receive the finest health care.. Our family feels very blessed having Dr. Lashkari as our physician and would recommend him to anyone who truly appreciates extraordinary heath care services.
