Unprofessional and rude an office. The people that wok here just care about getting you in and out. Not your health. How are you not gonna call someone back and explain what’s happening and what the next steps are, but TEXT them and say sorry you’re not in our network, you’re on your own. You had no problem originally taking money. Everyone in that office needs to go obedience school for dogs so they understand how to behave properly
