I am absolutely blown away by the Exemplary service and craftsmanship! I had a very specific vision for a ring, intended to be an eternal promise ring of sorts - crossover design. I had the most beautiful experience with MDT Design. Cecilia took such amazing care of me when I brought in my engagement ring to be polished, cleaned, rhodium plated, and to have one of the claws rebuilt after it had fallen off. I was honestly so grateful that Cecilia and the team were able to have everything done on the same day. I recently went into MDT Design to get the clasp on my necklace fixed by the jewellers and they did a lovely job! The team was super friendly and welcoming, and it was such a nice experience. I had a great conversation with Ella while I was waiting for my necklace to be fixed by Kosta who did an amazing job. MDT Design is a family-owned business and I hadn’t realised it was there before, but I’m really glad I found it. I’d definitely recommend them if you need any jewellery repairs or services!
Visited MDT Design to have four heirloom rings repaired, cleaned and engraved, truly enjoyed the whole experience. Ella was so down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with, she made the process so relaxed and really went the extra mile for us. The whole team were so approachable and showed true kindness to everyone who walked in the door. They were able to test a ring's metal for us on the spot as the jewellery workshop is on-site. Can't rate MDT highly enough! Will be back for future jewellery needs.
