Mitch, Jim & Tyler were truly incredible to work with. First, the planning process. I absolutely loved that Mitch helped us know what was worth remodeling –and what wasn’t. He even told us remodeling one area wouldn’t have a sufficient ROI in terms of improvement and essentially removed $20k from the project. Standup move that impressed me out of the gate.
