I recently worked with Christopher Chin and Andro Apacible to get an apartment for my relocation to NYC. It was a bit of a challenging situation with short timelines and having to do quite a bit long distance. The MDRN team was extremely helpful and communicated frequently. I will definitely use them again in the near future.
Absolute scam of a company . Worked with a guy named Bernadro who couldn't manage the numbers of the costs and consistently chose the highest prices, well outside of mu budget. They wasted my time and I had to take off from work to see them. They not only mismanaged my time but I had to take a day off in order to see them. When I got there, they told me the apt had mold and couldn't be seen. This isn't the first time I have dealt with them and it gets worse and worse. Bait and switch, they make you go to their office where they try to get you to see other properties than the one posted.
