This place needlessly delayed my care for a very serious disease which could make me go blind if not treated ASAP. I had neurosurgery in NYC and my doctor used a new technique where he placed a stent (created for hearts and used off label in my case to increase blood flow out of my brain.) It took over three weeks to get an appointment here. I provided a lab order from my physician's office. I had to drive 40 each way minutes because their Auburn location no longer uses contrast. If you are overweight...don't go here. Judgemental people. I was looked up.and down like I was a freak.
A clean small MRI place. I had to fill out typical redundant paperwork when I got there. I waited for almost an hour before I was brought inside. The Xray tech was nice.
Always professional and pleasant to interact with. They go out of their way to be helpful whether you are there for a test or calling for information. Never had anything but a good experience.
