If you are considering to use this person (MDQ Construction) I highly recommend you stay far away. We contacted this builder in July 2022 to speak about a home we saw. We met the builder (Eduardo Rognoni) at the home location. After touring the 50% complete home we decided to make an offer. The offer was accepted.
