I came here for a pediatric appointment, and everything went very smoothly. The receptionist was very kind and provided me all the information about the services. I completely recommend this clinic for pediatric, general and gynecological services. The pediatrician is at the clinic twice a month and provides excellent care. He is a great doctor!! Overall, I had a wonderful experience with the staff and the service.
Spoke with Juan from Calexico he surpassed all my expectations- he was able to assist with my problems via clarification and made 2 follow ups - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE I KNOW IVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR OVER 30 YEARS - GREAT SOFT SKILLS - A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH DURING A HARD TIME
They said theh are open Monday-Friday but I've been calling and theh told me they only have Friday open up. You need to change your website and put only Friday.
Intelligent doctor the nurses do there job not really any complaints.
I would give them zero stars if I could. You get nothing but a run around by incompetent staff who don't know how to schedule anything or communicate, and will hang up on you, and a doctor who can't manage to keep an appointment. All around unprofessional. I can't wait to change locations.
