My toddler bent my nice shades and MDO fixed them free of charge even though I hadn’t purchase the shades from them. Thanks MDO!
Amazing experience. Tim was such a great help. Such good service and lovely product
Any time I need my glasses adjusted, Alisha is always happy to do that. So appreciate your solid customer service!
I broke my glasses and was not optimistic that the pieces could be put back together. I took them to MDO Opticians in St. Albert and, low and behold, they fixed them! Many kudos to Jeanette Ogg, Registered Optician. I offered to pay but Jeanette refused all offers. Thank you, Jeanette for exceptional service. Service like this is hard to find these days. I will definitely be coming back to MDO Opticians.
We brought 2 teenage girls in to get glasses. Alicia was fantastic! Super patient and knowledgeable. Helped each of our girls find something that suited their comfort level and personalities. We will be back!!
