So I owner financed a piece of property in Fayetteville from a guy in the air Force, being retired army I thought nothing of it.. 4 years into a 5 year contract these guys try to evict me from out of no where with no documentation.. Went before a judge they got thrown out for serious lack of and documentation, later I talked to the owner and he said it was a missunderstanding.. I remember how disorganized, unprofessional, and generally poorly managed (and poorly trained) all the people I was forced to deal with were.

Rented a home from MDM in Hope Mills and learned that anytime something was being fixed they were overcharging the owner and the repairs where being done by the agents husband. (Hence pocketing the money) When we left they missed final inspection before we had to fly out of town... then marked many things wrong so we could not get a full deposit back. Horrible management and communication. I wouldn't trust them with my home or renting a home.

It was good and not so good with this company. Only one of the property managers kept her word. If you go with this company look up Diane Connella
