Benefits with MDM address all the needs for both the employee and employer. The service is great and so is the pricing. MDM always goes the distance to solve any problems that may arise. They are great to work with.

Sad excuse for a company. Even after their extended downtime in February 2025, service is still subpar at best. I'm sure they lost a lot of business during that time, so you think they'd treat their remaining companies better... NOPE. Also, notice how they stopped caring enough to respond to reviews? I called to check on my eligibility under my parents insurance, and despite being polite and respectful, I was met with unnecessary attitude and unprofessionalism. I simply wanted some clarity and assistance, but the representative made the process unpleasant and dismissive. It’s frustrating when you’re treated poorly for asking basic questions—especially by someone whose job is literally to help and provide information.
