I contacted Matt to do a project in my master bath. I had used his company previously and had been very pleased. This time I found him to be very unprofessional in his communication. He said he would have a bid for my work in a little over a week. I contacted him after 2 weeks. I asked if he was too busy or not interested in my job. Matt was very professional and offered excellent advice along the way. He has an eye for detail. He completed the project quickly yet everything was done at the highest quality. I had Matthew come out to my home 2nd week in December for a look and to get a quote on a remodel project. He seemed very nice but didn’t really look to much at the actual build. Even emailed him blueprints from an engineer firm I’d hired. Was told I’d have a quote within a week. Week goes by nothing. I message and he says he’s busy but will have it that weekend.
