What a breath of fresh air. I attended my first 45 minute mediation here yesterday and am beyond thankful to have been given this opportunity and experience. The meditation was organic and I found it effortless to fall into a flow. Looking forward to attending the mindfulness workshop here on 04/29 before I head back to Arizona!
