I’ve been here a few times now, and they always do a great job. My nails last a while, and the salon and staff has a welcoming vibe. One of my favorite places to go!
Every time I come here the staff just seems annoyed and rude. I’m always the person to greet them and they have 0 customer service. I usually overlook this because the nail techs are usually kind and for that reason I always tip good and return… but today my nail tech had the same nasty attitude. The energy is awful. For this to be such a nice aesthetic and a place people come to unwind the energy is just so unwelcoming. They only display this attitude to black customers though, I noticed. I will not be returning.
I used to go here regularly and loved how long the gel manicures lasted. I always felt like they did a great job but the last two times I have come the gel manicures chipped within a week it’s too expensive and time consuming to come get a manicure if it doesn’t last. I have attached a picture of my chipped nails that I just had done last Wednesday. Ughhh
I’ll give them credit because their nail salon is very pretty. Other than that my experience was not great. This was the first time Ive been to modish and the last time unfortunately. I had a 10am appointment for gel pedicure and a manicure for my birthday. The pedicure was perfect, the manicure not so much. The technician didn’t offer me anything to drink, or if I was comfortable which was kinda annoying as I witnessed others being offered an assortment of drinks and things.
