They are use to rich clients that have money to throw around. While they provide good services, their customer service is HORRIBLE. The "manager" was no help.
We could not be happier! I took my 5 year old for a special occasion and they took such good care of her. They went out of the way to explain everything that was happening and did such a cute little flower on her nails.
So much for a nail appointment. Had an appointment for 2 of us at 11:00. At 11:45 we still had not been seen. That shows no respect for people’s time. We left.
