I had been a loyal customer at Modish since September 2025, and for a long time I genuinely loved coming here. The quality of my nails was always great, which is why this review is so disappointing to write. Unfortunately, over time we started noticing issues with customer service. On multiple occasions, the front desk employee came across as rude and dismissive, both to me and to my friends. Pedicure was good but just did two coats of polish- nothing else. It peeled off in two days. Most pedicures I get last 3 weeks or more. Not worth it.

One of the best nail techs in Charlotte, Lana, works at this location. However since the business changed ownership the service at the front desk has also clearly shifted focus. Today I arrived at 10:03am, and by the time I worked my way up to the counter, at 10:10 am I was told I would need to come back in an hour to see Lana since she was already with a client. They put anybody to do your pedicure like if you were getting it for free. Not good experience!
