I go there for Julie Burtlow for my kids. Getting appointments is very hard. If your kids are suffering and they let you know that there is no empty slot for the next two weeks. How do you feel?
Julie has done a great job with my baby boy since he was born. As a first time mom she has eased my mind with always taking my concerns seriously whether the problem at hand was big or small. The nurses are so friendly too and have gone above and beyond for us- when my son was only a few weeks old Tiffany helped me make sure he was latching properly and gave me some very valuable breastfeeding advice. They are simply the best!
Haven’t even been there and if I could I’d give this place a zero star rating. Called to see if they take walk ins I was told no I asked if I could make an appointment I was told they don’t take people/children if they haven’t been a patient before. What kind bs is that I not from Illinois but I’ve never heard of this anytime I needed to kids to the dr. All I had to was fill out paperwork as a new patient.
