It was nice to work with the plans and permits that I was using and the way Andrew handled all my questions and concerns and even the scheduling and online processing. Definitely will recommend to others.

We hired MD Designs in October of 2024 to draw plans for a small bathroom/closet addition. Communication was lacking to say the least. Despite our prompt payments, we didn’t receive our finished plans until 8 months later! Yes 8 months for 169 sq ft. Unacceptable.
I worked with Mariano on the plans for my Palm Springs remodel and he was top notch. Super professional , on time, very helpful in communicating with the city inspector Jovanni, and very reasonably priced . I highly recommend this company.
