I had to switch Dr's and didn't want to. As a person I believe she means well and can be helpful, but I have never in my 30 years of seeing a Dr seen an office run like this one. I've worked in Dr's offices and we would never put our patients through what we had to go through. Nobody answers the phone. And if you book an appointment online you may or may not get a call. She was great at the beginning, then she became unresponsive to the pharmacy and me. She failed to refill prescriptions and showed up to our last virtual meeting in a bra (only the bra straps were visible.) She cancelled one of our monthly appointments and rescheduled it for a date and time without confirmation on my availability. The rescheduled appointment is when she showed up in a bra.
