From start to finish, I could not express the professionalism, ease of process and the willingness from all MDE Staff to assist in every aspect of my mortgage process. Being that this was my first mortgage, I lacked the knowledge of all aspects of the process and all of my questions were clearly answered even when it did not pertain directly to the mortgage. I could not be happier with the service and have already recommended MDE to friends and family! Excellent all around!

MDE was suggested to me by a friend. Very easy process. If we had a question we would send an email and get an answer back within a few minutes - even at 9:00 at night! Hector and Stephanie were a huge help and truly made this process SIMPLE. I highly recommend using MDE home loans and we’ll be using them again if rates drop again!
After being turn down by D.H. Horton (last minute of course), they sent us to MDE. The most unprofessional people i dealt when buying the third home. They asked for ridiculous amount of papers that didn't make any sense (every day was a new paper), also they were promising to process the loan a lot faster (did not happen). We were moving out of the other house, and were told that they have all the info and everything will be processed fast.
